The Marine Conservation Administration, Ocean Affairs Council, in order to encourage the participation of local communities, private organizations, schools, and other parties in marine conservation affairs and to promote public-private cooperation, is organizing the aforementioned project to establish diverse partnerships, with the aim of achieving the goal of long-term protection of local marine environments.
