The Southern District Special Education Resource Center will hold the "Emotional and Behavioral Disorders Related Medical and Educational Knowledge Seminar" for the first semester of the 112 academic year.

This workshop combines medical and special education teaching, enabling general teachers to recognize adolescent emotional problems, detect students' emotional and behavioral disorders early, and receive early treatment, in order to reduce their emotional and behavioral distress, and thereby enhance their cognitive, psychological, and social abilities. The workshop details are as follows:

(I) Target Audience:

1. Teachers from public and private junior high schools and senior high vocational schools in this city will be given priority for admission.

2. Teachers from preschool and elementary education stages in this city.

3. Medical personnel and all types of medical professionals interested in adolescent mental health and engaged in related work.

4. Parents of students.

(II) Workshop Time: October 31, 112 (Tuesday), from 8:50 AM to 4:40 PM.

(III) Workshop Location: Taipei Veterans General Hospital, CiC Medical Innovation Center, 9th Floor, Creative Salon (No. 201, Sec. 2, Shipai Rd., Beitou Dist., Taipei City).

(IV) Registration Deadline: From now until October 20, 112 (Friday).

(V) Registration Method:

1. School Teachers: Please register online through the Taipei City Teacher In-service Training Network (https://insc.tp.edu.tw/index/DefBod.aspx).

2. Parents and Others: Please complete your registration through the online form (https://reurl.cc/y6MRVa).

(VI) Workshop Hours: Participants who attend the entire workshop will be awarded 6 hours of special education training hours on the Taipei City Teacher In-service Training Network; if you do not register on the aforementioned webpage, we regret that we cannot provide a certificate of attendance.

(VII) If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please notify us at least 3 days prior to the event to avoid affecting your future registration rights. Please inform us of your leave of absence via email (sser706@gmail.com).
