II. To encourage citizens to use public transportation more and move towards the goal of net-zero carbon emissions, this government, in conjunction with the Taipei City Bus Joint Management Committee and EasyCard Corporation, is holding the aforementioned lucky draw event.

III. The aforementioned event will be held from October 1, 112, to December 31, 112. As long as you join the "Easy Wallet" APP as a member, bind and use your registered EasyCard, and take public transportation in Taipei and New Taipei (buses, MRT, light rail, and YouBike), you can calculate your carbon reduction. For every 1kg of carbon reduction accumulated, you will receive one entry into the lucky draw for that month. For every 5kg accumulated, you will receive an additional entry, and for every 10kg accumulated, you will receive two additional entries, and so on. The more you use public transportation, the more chances you have to win.
