Announcement: Taipei City 113th Year Winter Vacation Junior High and Elementary School Career Guidance Workshop Implementation Plan (see attachment for details). Parents who wish to register, please pay attention to the following:
1. School registration period: From now until October 20th.
2. Registration location: School Counseling Office (Counseling Section).
3. Eligibility: 5th and 6th grade students of this school.
4. Registration fee: According to the number of workshop days, a fee of NT$100 per person per day will be charged. Students from low-income or low-middle-income households are exempt from the fee (proof is required). Lunch will be provided during the workshop. Once registered and admitted, the activity fee will not be refunded for any reason, regardless of attendance.
5. Registration method and notes:
(1) Students should obtain the workshop registration form from the Counseling Office (see Attachment 1 of the plan for the registration form and filling example). Fill it out and submit it to the Counseling Office for registration.
(2) After the Counseling Office collects all registration forms, the school's registration data will be uploaded to the [Taipei City Junior High School Career Guidance Workshop] website.
(3) Pay the activity fee (NT$100 per person per day) when submitting the registration form.
(4) At 12:00 PM on November 17, 112 (Friday), the computer-assigned admission results will be announced on the [Taipei City Junior High School Career Guidance Workshop] website. For those not admitted, the Counseling Office will process the refunds.
6. Notes:
(1) Only 20 spots are available for the elementary school upper grades. Please refer to the workshop numbers listed on the registration form in Attachment 1 and the workshop information marked with yellow in Attachment 4.
(2) Workshop codes 82-92 are for half-day activities and do not include meals, so no fees are required.
