I. One of the protein categories in the daily dietary guidelines is "beans, fish, eggs, and meat." Among these, "beans" refers to "soybeans," including yellow soybeans, black soybeans, and edamame, to encourage the public to prioritize soybeans as a protein food. Although soybeans have been found to have numerous benefits for the human body, they are the least preferred choice among the public. Therefore, this competition is organized to, on one hand, leverage everyone's creativity to increase the public's acceptance of soybean products; on the other hand, it also aims to foster a healthy family eating environment and create intimate parent-child interaction memories.
II. The Parent-Child Culinary Selection Competition registration period is from now until October 29, 112 (Sunday). The registration prospectus and form are attached.
