I. Purpose: The Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration (hereinafter referred to as "the Administration") aims to cultivate students who are committed to volunteer service in anti-drug education and to serve as campus anti-drug leaders. Through peer experience, these students will assist teachers and elders in expanding anti-drug concepts and knowledge within the campus,thereby establishing an anti-drug atmosphere in campus classes, and creating a healthy and refreshing campus environment.

II. Project Period: January 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024.

III. Nomination Targets and Conditions:

(I) Campus Anti-Drug Leaders: Primarily for junior and elementary schools, with a principle of 2 students per school. These are students who demonstrate confidence, are well-liked by their peers, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for service. Schools will select and nominate them (with the consent of the student's legal guardian).

(II) Supervising Teachers (including collaborating teachers): 1-2 teachers with love and patience, who are familiar with emerging drugs and anti-drug common knowledge.

IV. Implementation Methods:

(I) Subsidy Items:

Supervising teachers( including collaborating teachers)hourly wages, printing fees, material fees, supplementary insurance premiums, insurance fees, promotional items, quiz prizes, and miscellaneous expenses.

(II) Financial Subsidies:

The subsidy funds required for the implementation of this project will be consolidated by the education bureaus of the special municipalities and county( city)governments based on the needs of the applying schools( as shown in attached tables3and4)and submitted to the Administration before November 30,2023(Monday) (No. 738-4, Zhongzheng Road, Wufeng District, Taichung City 41341).V. Submission of Results and Rewards:(I) Schools are requested to submit the results report (6 photos and 100 words of reflection) in the format of attached table 3 to the education bureaus of the special municipalities and county (city) governments after the completion of the promotional activities. These will be consolidated and sent via email to Officer Lu of the Ministry of Education's Miaoli County Liaison Office for compilation by November 29, 2024 (Friday). In addition, schools may grant awards according to their authority.3.

Campus Anti-Drug Leaders: A certificate of service from the Administration.

(二)、完成實施內容所有項目之學校，建議獎勵如下：

1.業務承辦人：各業務單位請依權責自行核獎。

2.指導老師：本署感謝狀乙幀，另各校得依權責議獎。

3.各校校園反毒領航員：本署服務證明書乙幀。
