Service recipients: Parents, special education teachers, or related personnel of students attending senior secondary and below schools in this city who have been identified as confirmed or suspected special education students by the assessment and counseling committee.

Service content: Provide consultation services for parents of special education students regarding educational placement, parent-teacher cooperation, career planning, family health education, and health promotion, and for special education teachers regarding parent education and parent-teacher communication for students with disabilities.
