I. In accordance with the letter of the Taipei City Environmental Protection Bureau, No. Bei Shi Huan Zong Zi No. 1120144611, dated October 24, 112.

II. To discover outstanding young talents with ideas, leadership, and influence in environmental protection or environmental education issues, and to assist them in stepping onto the international stage to present their ideas and exchange and observe with young people from all over the world, the Ministry of Environment specially organizes this event.

III. Registration for this event will be open from Friday, October 20, 112, to Thursday, January 18, 113, 23:59.

(I) Eligibility: Youth born on or after January 1, 83, who are citizens of the Republic of China with household registration, and who are Taiwanese youth with ideas, leadership, and influence in the fields of environmental protection or environmental education.

(II) Registration Method: Online registration (Registration website: https://reurl.cc/V41ZRZ).

IV. Number of Awards and Prizes:

(I) Environmental Leader Award (1st Place): 1 winner, NT$20,000 equivalent gift certificates, 1 trophy, 1 certificate, and full sponsorship to participate in 1 international environmental education conference (including round-trip airfare, accommodation, and conference registration fees).

(II) Environmental Advocacy Award (2nd Place): 1 winner, NT$12,000 equivalent gift certificates, 1 trophy, 1 certificate, and full sponsorship to participate in 1 international environmental education conference (including round-trip airfare, accommodation, and conference registration fees).

(III) Environmental Action Award (3rd to 5th Place): 3 winners, NT$6,000 equivalent gift certificates, 1 trophy, and 1 certificate.

(IV) For the winners of the Environmental Leader Award, Environmental Advocacy Award, and Environmental Action Award, the Ministry of Environment will provide guidance to participate in the 2023 Global Environmental Education Youth Leader Selection (EE 30 Under 30) organized by the North American Association for Environmental Education.
