(1) Parents of students in general intellectual gifted resource classes and gifted programs (including school-based and regional satellite programs) in Taipei City elementary schools.

(2) Parents of students in academic gifted resource classes and gifted programs (including school-based and regional satellite programs) in Taipei City junior high schools.

(3) Parents of students in academic and artistic talent gifted classes in Taipei City senior high schools.

(4) Parents and teachers interested in the research topic.
