II. To establish knowledge of air raid evacuation and shelter for all citizens, expand publicity effectiveness, and enhance citizens' disaster preparedness knowledge, the Municipal Police Department provides one copy each of the Civil Defense General Knowledge Training Materials (including 3 video materials) from the National Police Agency, Ministry of the Interior, and the Taipei City All-out Defense Response Manual compiled by the Municipal Government's Conscription Office, so that the public can familiarize themselves with air raid shelter postures, emergency preparedness kits, and the operation of the Taipei Police APP.
