Eligibility:

1. Visually impaired students from first grade to twelfth grade nationwide.

2. Parents of the aforementioned visually impaired students.

3. Special education teachers or itinerant teachers for the visually impaired nationwide.

Essay Contest Process:

【Registration】: From September 1, 2023 (Friday) to November 30, 2023 (Thursday) 23:59.

【Submission】: From October 1, 2023 (Wednesday) to December 31, 2023 (Sunday) 23:59.

【Award Announcement】: Announced on February 6, 2024 (Tuesday) on the association's relevant websites, and winners will be notified via email.
