"Understand Eating, Understand Eating - New Year's Eve Dinner Renovation Action"

Inform the National Taiwan Museum about the "Understand Eating, Understand Eating - New Year's Eve Dinner Transformation Action" call for submissions event for the Sustainable New Year's Eve Dinner Project.

I. According to the National Taiwan Museum's letter Tai Bo Tui Zi No. 1123002441 dated November 30, 112.

II. The National Taiwan Museum has been planning the "Sustainable New Year's Eve Dinner Project" since 2015, opening up diverse learning pathways for environmental education, encouraging the public to start with responsible consumption behavior, and creating a sustainable festive food culture.

III. The submission for this project, "Understand Eating, Understand Eating - New Year's Eve Dinner Transformation Action," requires submissions by Wednesday, January 10, 113. Selected entries will be chosen after review by the organizers. Those who document their practical experience during the New Year period will receive a certificate of participation and a cultural and creative product from the museum.

IV. Information on the two short talks and information sessions for this project is as follows:

(I) Session One 1. Time: Saturday, December 2, 112, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM 2. Location: Third Floor Nature Classroom of the museum

(II) Session Two 1. Time: Sunday, December 17, 112, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM 2. Location: Third Floor Briefing Room of the Paleontology Museum

(III) Participants who register must purchase tickets to enter the museum as required. Those who attend the entire session and complete the feedback questionnaire will receive a copy of the book "Sustainable New Year's Eve Dinner - A Table for the Anthropocene."
