Taipei Municipal Wanhua Junior High School 113th Year Regional Gifted Education Program Implementation Plan

I. (I) Organizer: Taipei City Government Education Bureau.

(II) Undertaking Unit: Taipei Municipal Wanhua Junior High School.

(III) Co-organizer: Professor Chen Haoran's project team, Department of English, National Taiwan Normal University.

II. Activity Time: A total of 2 days from January 30 to 31, 113.

III. Activity Location: Taipei Municipal Wanhua Junior High School (No. 201, Xizang Road, Wanhua District, Taipei City, see Attachment 3 for details).

IV. Activity Content: See Attachment 1 for details.

V. Activity Faculty: Lecturers will be external experts and scholars and teachers from our school.

VI. Activity Expenses: The expenses for this activity will be borne by each participating student at NT$300, and the insufficient amount will be subsidized by the Taipei City Government Education Bureau.

VII. Registration Qualifications: Students in the sixth grade of public and private elementary schools in Taipei City and students in the seventh grade of public and private junior high schools in Taipei City who meet one of the following conditions.

(I) Sixth-grade elementary school/seventh-grade junior high school students who have participated in English-related competitions and achieved top three results at the county/city, national, or international level (please attach proof).

(II) Sixth-grade elementary school students in gifted education resource classes for general intelligence.

(III) Seventh-grade junior high school students in gifted English programs (regional satellite gifted programs, school-based gifted programs).

(IV) Students who are interested in the theme of the activity, have outstanding performance or potential, and are recommended by their teachers or guardians (please have teachers or guardians certify on the student's registration form).

VIII. Registration Method and Admission Principles:

(I) Registration Method: School group registration.

1. Students should fill out the individual activity registration form (see Attachment 2) and submit it to the Special Education Group of the Counseling Office of our school before 12:00 PM on January 3, 113 (Wednesday).

(II) Please have the person in charge of each school assist in selecting qualified students, recommend 1 to 4 students in order of priority, and assist in filling out the online form and uploading the scanned copy of the student's individual activity registration form after it has been stamped.

(III) Please do not have the registered students and their parents remit the payment in advance. After the list of admitted students is announced, please pay according to the regulations and fill out the individual online form.

(IV') The list of admitted students will be announced on the Wanhua Junior High School website (URL: http://www.whjhs.tp.edu.tw/) before 5:00 PM on January 12, 113 (Friday).
