I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education, Department of Secondary and Preschool Education's letter No. 1120185045 dated January 3, 113 (2024).

II. The Ministry of Health of Singapore and other government agencies have strengthened domestic e-cigarette control measures, including enhanced inspections at sea, land, and air checkpoints, strengthened monitoring and crackdown on online sales and advertising, and increased enforcement against the use and possession of e-cigarettes in public places.

III. Furthermore, the "Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act" of our country was amended and implemented on March 22, 112 (2023), classifying e-cigarettes as imitation tobacco products with a complete ban, and designating heated tobacco as a specified tobacco product with enhanced control. According to Article 15, Paragraph 1, Subparagraphs 2 and 3 of the Act, no person shall import imitation tobacco products or their component parts, or specified tobacco products or their necessary component parts that have not been reviewed and approved by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Additionally, according to information from the website of the Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare, as of December 11, 112 (2023), no specified tobacco products have been approved for review.

IV. With the upcoming winter break and frequent travel during the holiday season, if you are traveling to Singapore, you should comply with the local e-cigarette control regulations. Upon returning to Taiwan, do not bring imitation tobacco products or specified tobacco products into the country to comply with the regulations of the "Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act."
