I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education, Department of Secondary and Preschool Education's letter No. 1130002917 dated January 9, 113 (2024).
II. The aforementioned workshop aims to assist teachers in the health education field in their professional growth, strengthen the implementation of school-based mental and physical health curriculum and instruction, and enhance the health literacy and health behaviors of students in elementary, junior high, and senior high schools.
III. The workshop plan details are as follows:
(I) Time and Location (Northern Region): February 5, 113 (2024) (Monday), National Taiwan Normal University Library B1 International Conference Hall (No. 129, Section 1, Heping East Road, Da'an District, Taipei City).
(II) Participants:
1. Coordinators from the central schools and seed schools for each theme of the Health Promotion Schools in each county and city.
2. 1-2 teachers of "Health Education" or "Health and Nursing" from each county and city's health promotion schools, central schools for each theme, and seed schools.
3. Teachers from the Health and Physical Education Learning Field of the National Education Guidance Groups in each county and city (including health education seed teachers).
4. Teachers in elementary, junior high, and senior high schools who teach "Health Education" or "Health and Nursing" courses but do not have a specialization in health education.
5. Other teachers of any subject who are interested in the workshop's theme.
IV. This bureau agrees to grant official leave for participants to attend and arrange for substitute teaching. Participants who attend the entire workshop will be awarded 6 hours of teacher professional development credit (for in-person attendance only).
V. Due to venue limitations, the number of participants for each session is limited to 110 people. Google Meet (URL: https://meet.google.com/bbx-bycr-xmk) will be used for live online streaming on the day of the workshop. Relevant personnel who cannot attend in person are welcome to participate online (online participation does not require registration).
