I. Selection Theme: With "Disaster Preparedness LET'S GO" as the design theme, to establish the proper actions for disaster prevention and mitigation awareness, categorized according to the disaster types in the Disaster Prevention and Protection Act, please have each academic system select the following disaster themes for video production according to their respective groups:

Elementary School Group:Earthquake disasters (including liquefaction), fire disasters, flood disasters.

II. Selection Work Description
(I) Content
1. The theme should be closely related to disaster prevention and relief content, establishing the proper actions for disaster prevention and mitigation awareness.
2. The content and related materials must be self-designed and created with original plots. Narration, background music, opening and closing credits, props, and other elements can be added during recording. Do not directly use any material resources from the internet. If using others' music, graphics, or images, ensure legal authorization is obtained.
3. For fairness in selection, videos must not contain any content that identifies individuals, schools, or groups (including students wearing appropriate casual clothes, not school uniforms, and scenes that display school names, etc.), violators will be disqualified.
(II) Language: No restrictions. Mandarin, English, or local languages are acceptable. However, videos must include clear and recognizable Chinese or English subtitles.

III. Work Format
(I)Video Production via Youtube
1. Any video equipment can be used for filming, but submitted works should avoid unclear picture quality and sound. The works must be converted into a file format compatible with Youtube, such as MP4, MOV, WMV, etc., with a resolution of at least 720*1280 to 1920*1080.

3 to 4 minutes

1. Works that do not meet the submission specifications, have incomplete information, or violate the selection regulations of this project will be considered unqualified and will not be included in the evaluation.

4. The registration and upload system will be closed after the submission deadline.
IV. Participation Method
(I) All registrations are to be submitted by the school. Each school can register a maximum of 5 works. Each work is to be created by a team of 1-3 students. Each student is limited to participating in 1 work. Each work is limited to 1 advisor (advisors must be full-time teachers at the student's school, including substitute teachers. If there is no school advisor, this field can be left blank).

(II) Integrated schools may register separately for the selection based on different academic systems. For example, junior high and general high schools, or general high schools and vocational high schools, can register separately. Each academic system can register a maximum of 5 works.
(III) Submission Deadline
1. From March 11, 2024 (Monday) to April 12, 2024 (Friday) at 4:00 PM.
2. Upload the works to the Google Form (https://reurl.cc/l7L6oY). Please refer to "IV. Competition Description / V. Work Format" for details. The file name of the work should be: School Name, Class, Work Title (e.g., 2024 Disaster Preparedness KOL - XX Junior High School 901 "Disaster" Mindset Typhoon, Then You "Know")
3. Additionally, fill out the registration form (attachment) in detail using a computer. After it is personally signed by the participant and stamped by the school, scan it into a PDF file and upload it to the Google Form (https://reurl.cc/l7L6oY) with the subject line: "School Name, Class, Work Title + Registration Form" (e.g., 2024 Disaster Preparedness KOL - XX Junior High School 901 "Disaster" Mindset Typhoon, Then You "Know" Registration Form). The upload time will be considered the submission time.
V. Awards will be given separately regardless of academic system as follows:
