I. In accordance with the letter Yong Neng Xin Zi No. 1130010014 dated January 10, 113, from the財團法人台灣永續能源研究基金會 (Taiwan Institute of Sustainable Energy) and the letter Tai Jiao Zi (6) Zi No. 1130004243A dated January 17, 113, from the Ministry of Education.
II. The aforementioned Sustainable Education Award activity is to implement sustainable education and continue to promote sustainable development in campuses. It is hoped that teachers will integrate issues such as carbon neutrality and sustainable development into school curricula, and also commend and encourage schools with outstanding sustainability performance, so that they can invest more effort to achieve the normalization of sustainable development education (details as attached):
(I) Organizer:財團法人台灣永續能源研究基金會 (Taiwan Institute of Sustainable Energy) (hereinafter referred to as the Foundation).
(II) Eligibility:
1. Outstanding Sustainable Campus Award: The target audience is public and private elementary schools in all counties and cities in Taiwan. The award is based on "schools" as the unit, and each school is limited to one submission.
2. Outstanding Sustainable Lesson Plan Award: The target audience is full-time, part-time, substitute, or intern teachers in public and private elementary schools in all counties and cities in Taiwan. The award is based on "groups" as the unit, with 1-5 people per group.
(III) Registration and Submission Period: From now until June 3, 113 (Monday) at 6:00 PM.
(IV) Relevant Activity Schedule:
1. Sustainable Education Workshop: March 4, 113 (tentative).
2. Announcement of Preliminary Selection List: Before June 21, 113 (tentative).
3. Final Review Report: July 12, 113 (tentative).
4. Award Ceremony: July 26, 113 (tentative).
(V) Awards:
1. Outstanding Sustainable Campus:
(1) Gold Award (3 schools): Prize money of NT$120,000 (hereinafter the same), and one trophy.
(2) Silver Award (3 schools): Prize money of NT$100,000, and one trophy.
(3) Bronze Award (4 schools): Prize money of NT$80,000, and one trophy.
2. Outstanding Sustainable Lesson Plan:
(1) Gold Award (3 groups): Prize money of NT$32,000, and one certificate.
(2) Silver Award (6 groups): Prize money of NT$30,000, and one certificate.
(3) Bronze Award (9 groups): Prize money of NT$28,000, and one certificate.
