II. The Ministry of the Environment, in order to awaken the public's love for water and protect water, achieve the goals of clean water and swimming fish, and a green life for all, and for the first time responding to the United Nations' "World Water Day 2024", is organizing the aforementioned call for submissions. It is hoped that through the holding of related activities, humanity and governments of all countries will be reminded of the importance of water resources.

III. Eligibility: Students residing in the Taiwan region to members of the general public are welcome to participate.

IV. Registration and Submission Period: January 19, 113 to February 23, 113.

V. Participants can complete the registration and competition procedures by visiting the Ministry's event website to fill out the registration form and upload their submissions.
