I. In accordance with the letter Hua Zhang Jiao Guang Zi No. 113002002 from the Chinese International Association for the Promotion of Life Education for Persons with Disabilities dated February 2, 2024.

II. The Chinese International Association for the Promotion of Life Education for Persons with Disabilities is organizing the aforementioned event to invite persons with disabilities and primary and secondary school students to protect Taiwan's natural environment through artistic expression in painting, promote social participation and environmental education, and implement the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), allowing the world to see Taiwan.

III. Eligibility: Persons with disabilities and general students (including graduating students) from public and private primary and secondary schools are eligible. Each person is limited to one submission that has not won an award, and must agree to have the winning artwork framed and exhibited without objection.

IV. Competition Categories:

(I) Persons with Disabilities Category:

1. Junior High School Group: Grades 7 to 9.

2. Elementary School Group: Lower grades 1 to 3, Upper grades 4 to 6.

(II) General Student Category:

1. Junior High School Group: Grades 7 to 9.

2. Elementary School Group: Lower grades 1 to 3. Upper grades 4 to 6.
