III. Service Hours:

(1) Telephone consultation hotline for emotional and behavioral problems: From February 27, 113 to April 18, 113, and from April 30, 113 to June 20, 113, every Tuesday to Thursday from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

(2) Telephone consultation hotline for school refusal: From March 6, 113 to April 17, 113, and from May 1, 113 to June 19, 113, every Wednesday from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

(3) Due to the suspension of classes for one week from April 22, 113 to April 25, 113 for the National Intercollegiate Athletic Games (high school division), the telephone consultation service will be temporarily suspended during that week. We apologize for any inconvenience.

IV. Services Provided by the Consultation Hotline:

(1) Telephone consultation for emotional and behavioral problems: Provide relevant suggestions on curriculum, classroom management, teaching methods, interpersonal interaction, and parent-teacher communication for emotional and behavioral problems raised by callers.

(2) Telephone consultation for school refusal: Provide relevant suggestions on curriculum arrangement, interpersonal interaction, parent-teacher communication, and resource linkage for school refusal issues raised by callers.
