I. The Taipei City Government Environmental Protection Bureau, in order to encourage citizens to implement energy-saving and carbon-reducing actions, is holding the "Net Zero Transformation, Electricity Saving 3% to Win a Million" lottery event from now until December 31, 113 (2024). The participants are "residential users" within the jurisdiction of Taipei City. Those who save 3% of electricity every six months compared to the same period last year can participate in the lottery. 50 winners will be drawn for each half of 113 (2024), with each winner receiving a prize of NT$30,000.
