I. Selection Target:
Individuals working in public sectors (including central and local governments and their affiliated units) and private sectors (including foundations, associations, business units, groups, organizations, etc.) who have made outstanding achievements or significant contributions in promoting and implementing primary, secondary, and tertiary prevention work for the six major categories of protection services.

II. Selection Process

I. Registration and Submission: Recommendations can be made by central ministries, municipal and county (city) governments, and non-governmental organizations, or individuals can self-recommend. Recommenders should upload the registration documents, proof of eligibility, and relevant materials to the selection website (URL: https://10praward.tw) from April 15, 113 to May 5.

II. Selection Schedule:
(I) Shortlisted Candidates: The list of Purple Ribbon Award finalists is expected to be announced in mid-May, 113.
(II) Finalist Interviews: Finalist interviews are expected to be completed by mid-June, 113, and submitted to the review committee for final decision reference.
(III) Final Selection List: The list of Purple Ribbon Award winners is expected to be announced by the end of June, 113.
III. Other Matters to Cooperate With:

(I) Purple Ribbon Award winners shall cooperate with the Ministry's planned schedule for interviews and on-site filming to produce interview videos.
(II) Purple Ribbon Award winners shall participate in the Purple Ribbon Award ceremony.
(III) Purple Ribbon Award winners shall cooperate with the organizer's arrangements and participate in relevant training or meetings prior to the event.
IV. The schedule for all selection activities is subject to change based on the actual execution status of the organizer and will be announced on the event website.
