I. The aforementioned competition is jointly guided by the Ministry of Justice, the Food and Drug Administration of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and the Ministry of Education. A "Drug Prevention Creation Group" has been established to enable students and mentors to learn correct drug prevention knowledge and refusal skills during the creation process. Through the educational functions of schools and families, the concept of drug prevention will be deeply rooted from a young age.

II. The information for this (2024) year's competition is as follows:

(I) Submission Period: From now until August 31, 2024.

(III) "Children's Book Creation - Drug Prevention Creation Group" Awards (Details for other groups are in the brochure):

1. Winning teams will be awarded a trophy for each member, and group cash prizes will be awarded to the top three and honorable mention teams (a total of 8 awards).

2. To encourage students' participation in drug prevention policy promotion, teams shortlisted for the finals in this group will be awarded a group certificate of commendation from the Ministry of Education (issued to individuals).

(IV) Additionally, this year marks the first time a short film creation contest is being held. The Ministry of Education and Chunghwa Telecom are collaborating to add a "Anti-Bullying Creation Group." Winning teams will be awarded a trophy for each member, and group cash prizes will be awarded to the top three and honorable mention teams.

(V) During the submission period, a "Little Storyteller" contest will also be held. We welcome parents, teachers, and students to read anti-drug picture books together and actively submit their works.

III. In conjunction with this competition, the Ministry of Education and the organizers will hold an in-person briefing session. This year, elementary school supervising (team-leading) teachers are invited to register. Attendees are requested to be granted official (business) leave by their respective units. The briefing session information is as follows:

(I) Time: May 14 (Tuesday) from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

(II) Location: Chunghwa Telecom Headquarters, 1st Floor, Conference Room 110 (No. 21-3, Section 1, Xinyi Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City).

(IV) Capacity is limited to 50 people (priority for county/city bureau/department representatives). Confirmation will be sent on a first-come, first-served basis. No further applications will be accepted once the limit is reached.
