I. In accordance with Article 5 of the Taipei City Volunteer Service Award Regulations: "Volunteers who have accumulated more than 600 hours of service in this city and hold a Volunteer Service Performance Certificate shall be awarded a Volunteer Service Contribution Award certificate and prize." Article 7, Paragraph 1 of the same regulations stipulates:

"Those who are awarded the Volunteer Service Contribution Award may receive the award only once."

II. This case will be processed through online application.

Those who wish to apply should submit the relevant documents to the counseling office by May 12th..III. The start and end dates for the calculation of volunteer service hours are from January 22, 2001, to April 30, 2024, and the start and end dates of service should be detailed in the performance certificate.

IV. Please pay attention to the resolution of electronic files such as the volunteer's profile picture, a copy of the volunteer service record book (including cover and service hours pages), and the performance certificate (scanned or photographed and uploaded). If the clarity is insufficient for identification, the application will be directly rejected.
