I. This course will consist of 14 online live teaching sessions, utilizing personality psychology, TA school, cognitive behavioral therapy, Satir communication model, and Gestalt trauma therapy to help you explore the root causes of life's problems and find solutions, achieving your desired life vision.

II. Course Time: From June 16, 2024, to September 15, 2024, every Sunday from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM, for a total of 14 sessions. (Please reserve 16 weeks in case the instructor needs to take leave due to unforeseen circumstances).

IV. Introduction to Group Facilitator, Lecturer Yang Yi-ching:
1. Graduate Institute of Psychology, University of Hawaii; Esalen Institute of Body-Mind Integration, California. Received professional training in Gestalt psychotherapy, family therapy, parent effectiveness training, narrative therapy, drama therapy, etc.
2. Founder of the Body-Mind-Spirit Oasis Growth Center, Taiwan Light Up a Lamp Society for Social Care, and Ah-han Life Biography Theater.
3. Has been leading growth groups in various corporations, schools, family support centers, and single-parent centers for over twenty years.

V. Teaching Method: Online via Zoom. Please ensure you can use Zoom before registering.

VI. Course Fee: Free, but a deposit of NT$2500 is required. The deposit will be fully refunded for perfect attendance and submission of at least six assignments. Perfect attendance is defined as attending at least 150 minutes of each session.
