To enhance the knowledge and practical teaching of organic agriculture for agri-food education teachers, and to strengthen the professionalism of organic agri-food education teachers, the Organic Agriculture Promotion Center of National Chung Hsing University is organizing the "Organic Agri-food Education Teacher Training Course". (I) June 5, 113 (2024) (Wednesday) 08:45-17:00, "From Organic Agriculture, Environmental Sustainability to Organic Agri-food Education Teaching Practice", "Tips and Basic Management for Cultivating Organic Crops in School Vegetable Gardens and Home Gardens", "Practical Training for Cultivating Organic Crops in School Vegetable Gardens and Home Gardens". Course Location: Agricultural Experiment Station, National Chung Hsing University.

(II) July 3, 113 (2024) (Wednesday) 08:45-17:00, "Tips and Basic Management for Cultivating Organic Crops in School Vegetable Gardens and Home Gardens", "From Organic Agriculture, Environmental Sustainability to Organic Agri-food Education Teaching Practice", "Practical Training for Cultivating Organic Crops in School Vegetable Gardens and Home Gardens". Course Location: Zhulin Branch, Taoyuan District Agricultural Improvement Station.

(III) July 10, 113 (2024) (Wednesday) 08:45-17:00, "From Organic Agriculture, Environmental Sustainability to Organic Agri-food Education Teaching Practice", "Identification, Selection, Preservation of Organic Agricultural Products and Sharing of Agri-food Cases in Schools", "Practical Training for Production and Application of Local Organic Crops". Course Location: Hualien Dongfeng Shisui Farm.

(IV) July 17, 113 (2024) (Wednesday) 08:45-17:00, "From Organic Agriculture, Environmental Sustainability to Organic Agri-food Education Teaching Practice", "Identification, Selection, Preservation of Organic Agricultural Products and Sharing of Application Cases", "Practical Training for Production and Application of Local Organic Crops". Course Location: Tainan Taikang Organic Agriculture Special Zone.

(V) July 31, 113 (2024) (Wednesday) 13:30-16:30, "Organic Agri-food Education Course Design and Lesson Plan Writing" (In-person and Online Live Broadcast). Course Location: Conference Room, Organic Agriculture Promotion Center, National Chung Hsing University.

III. Target Audience: Primary and secondary school teachers, and those interested in becoming organic agri-food education teachers.

IV. Registration Method and Deadline: Online registration is required. For details, please refer to the "Service Items - Latest Activities - Organic Activities" section on the Organic Agriculture Promotion Center website to fill out the registration form (https://www.oapc.org.tw/2024-0412-organic-agrifood-education/). The registration deadline is June 14, 113 (2024) or until full.

V. Course Fee: Free. A deposit of NT$500 is required upon successful registration for in-person courses, which will be fully refunded upon completion of the entire course.
