I. In accordance with the letter from the Ministry of Agriculture dated May 8, 113 (2024), No. 1130022620A.

II. In accordance with the Regulations for the National Food and Agriculture Education Outstanding Contribution Award (hereinafter referred to as the "Award Regulations"), the Ministry of Agriculture organizes the National Food and Agriculture Education Outstanding Contribution Award every two years to select and publicly commend individuals who have made outstanding contributions to food and agriculture education, to inspire their sense of honor, and to promote the sustainable development of food and agriculture education.

III. Please assist in notifying outstanding individuals or groups (including corporate bodies, private enterprises, schools and kindergartens, agencies (institutions) and public enterprises, and communities, etc., as detailed in the brochure) residing or established in this city who are engaged in food and agriculture education work to actively register.

IV. The registration period is from May 20, 113 (2024) (Monday) to July 22, 113 (2024) (Monday). Registration is by online application. Please access the registration website through the Ministry of Agriculture's Food and Agriculture Education Information Integration Platform (https://fae.moa.gov.tw/) and fill in and provide electronic files according to the website's registration method.

V. Documents to be submitted for registration:

(I) Registration form for the First National Food and Agriculture Education Outstanding Contribution Award.

(II) Performance report on promoting food and agriculture education, with copies of relevant supporting documents attached.

(III) Consent form for personal data provision, and affidavit for the First National Food and Agriculture Education Outstanding Contribution Award.

(IV) For individual category applicants, a recommendation form for the First National Food and Agriculture Education Outstanding Contribution Award (Individual Category) may be provided as needed. The person in charge of the recommending unit shall not be the applicant or a relative within the third degree of kinship to the applicant.

(V) For group category applicants, except for government agencies (institutions) and public enterprises, copies of proof of establishment for more than two years should be attached.

VI. After completing the online registration, the registration system will send a confirmation notification. If the applicant is notified by the project executing unit, the Chinese National Federation of Small and Medium Enterprises, to supplement materials, the applicant should supplement the materials on the registration system within 7 days after the registration deadline (including holidays). Failure to supplement within the time limit will be considered as disqualification.
