I. Activity Objectives
This activity aims to encourage students to pay attention to crime prevention issues such as anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, anti-drunk driving, anti-drug, anti-vote buying, and child and adolescent sexual exploitation through a comic and creative short film competition. By utilizing the unique associative, humorous, and creative methods of comic and short film production, the activity seeks to raise students' awareness of these issues, establish correct knowledge, and understand their harms. The goal is to deeply root the concept of crime prevention and reduce victimization, ultimately achieving the purpose of preventing crime and minimizing harm.
II. Submission Themes
(I) Anti-fraud (e.g., job scams, romance scams, installment payment cancellation scams, fake postal delivery notifications, impersonation of public figures, fake investments, financial management, etc.), Anti-money laundering (including online game scams, obtaining (scamming) online virtual items or virtual currency, acting as money mules for fraud groups, selling or providing personal bank accounts, ATM cards, online game accounts, and passwords to others).
(II) Anti-drunk/drug driving (e.g., drug driving, new regulations on drunk driving penalties in the Road Traffic Management and Penalty Act, etc.).
(III) Anti-drug.
(IV) Do not photograph, transmit, download, or retain child and adolescent sexual private images.
IV. Eligibility:
All students interested in comic and short film creation are welcome to participate. There is no limit to the number of submissions per group, but only one award can be won per person, with the highest prize money awarded.
V. Competition Categories:
There are two major categories, and the competition groups are based on the student status in the 112 academic year.
(I) Comic Category:
1. Grades 1-3 Elementary School Group.
2. Grades 4-6 Elementary School Group.
3. Junior High School Group.
(II) Creative Short Film Category:
1. High School (Vocational) Group.
2. University (College) Group.
