I. The Ministry of Education, in order to promote the Family Education Resource Network and website learning resources, has commissioned the National Open University to undertake the aforementioned solicitation activity. The brief description is as follows:

(I) Solicitation Period: From now until November 1, 2024 (Friday).

(II) Eligibility: Elementary school group, junior and senior high school group, and general public group (including universities and colleges). Individuals or groups may register.

(III) Solicitation Theme: The theme is based on the content of the Family Education Resource Network/General Public Learning Resources/Articles, focusing on parenting education, marriage education, ethics education,

resource management education, or multicultural education, which are the 5 major learning categories for conceptual creation of four-panel comics.
