II. To encourage students in Taipei City's elementary and junior high schools to understand the traditional Lantern Festival celebration activities, promote traditional culture, and recognize local humanities and characteristics, and cultivate a sense of love for home and hometown, this project organizes the "Fu Jiang Wen Shan, Deng Yao Tai Yi" Lantern Festival and Lantern Painting Competition.

III. Activity Information

(I)Individual Registration
1. Available Slots: Depending on the school group registration situation, the number of slots available for individual registration will be announced on September 27, 113 (Friday). Each person is limited to one lantern. Failure to collect the lantern material package by the deadline will be considered a forfeiture, and the slots will be filled by the waiting list without objection.
2. Registration Deadline: Registration begins at 9:00 AM on October 1, 113, and closes when all slots are filled.
3. Registration Method: Fill out the Google registration form online, or visit our office in person.
(II) Waiting List Registration
1. Available Slots: Starting from 10:00 AM on October 18, 113 (as per the following dates and times), number tickets will be distributed on-site daily based on the number of individual registration forfeitures. Registration is by number ticket, with a limit of one lantern per person, until all slots are filled.
2. Registration Dates: October 18 (Friday) from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM, October 19 and 20 (Saturday and Sunday) from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM, October 21 (Monday) from 10:00 AM to 8:30 PM.
3. Waiting List Location: Our office.

(III)Competition Awards

1. First Prize: 1 winner per group, totaling 7 winners. Each winner will receive a cash prize of NT$5,000 or equivalent gift certificate and a certificate.

2. Second Prize: 1 winner per group, totaling 7 winners. Each winner will receive a cash prize of NT$3,000 or equivalent gift certificate and a certificate.

3. Third Prize: 1 winner per group, totaling 7 winners. Each winner will receive a cash prize of NT$1,000 or equivalent gift certificate and a certificate.

4. Honorable Mention: 6 winners per group, totaling 42 winners. Each winner will receive a cash prize of NT$500 or equivalent gift certificate and a certificate.

5. Most Popular Award: 3 winners, regardless of group. Winners will be selected by public vote from February 9, 114 (Sunday) to February 23, 114 (Sunday). The top three winners will receive prizes and a certificate.

※ If the number of submissions in any group does not meet the required number, the association may combine groups for scoring.
