To organize the "114th Year Marine Conservation Local Guardianship Program" for the Marine Conservation Administration of the Ocean Affairs Council.

I. In accordance with the letter from the Marine Conservation Administration of the Ocean Affairs Council (hereinafter referred to as the MCA) dated August 14, 113, with reference number MCA-LIFE-1130008268 (Attachment 1), forwarded by the Taipei City Government for processing.

II. The MCA's aforementioned program will accept submissions from September 1, 113, to October 31, 113. An electronic copy of the submission guidelines (Attachment 2) is attached for your reference. Colleagues interested in marine conservation affairs are encouraged to submit their applications on the MCA's website (https://www.oca.gov.tw/ch/index.jsp).
