1. In accordance with the letter of our office, No. 1130139125, dated August 27, 113.

2. Starting from September 1 of this year (113), the Central Weather Administration of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications has adjusted the principles for sending "Earthquake Early Warning" disaster prevention alert cell broadcast messages. In addition to the original conditions "when the earthquake early warning system predicts an earthquake of magnitude 5.0 or above, targeting the public in counties and cities where the predicted intensity may reach level 4 or above," a new condition has been added: "or for the public in counties and cities where an earthquake of magnitude 6.5 or above is predicted, and the predicted intensity may reach level 3 or above."
