(I) Selection Quota: 15 to 21 representatives for children and youth from this city.

(II) Selection Qualifications: Currently enrolled in, residing in, or registered in this city, and under 18 years of age at the time of assuming the 10th term of children and youth representative (born on or after February 2, 2007) Republic of China nationals, who are interested in or concerned about child and youth welfare and rights issues, and have experience in participating in public affairs, volunteer services, or social welfare group activities. However, for children and youth with intellectual disabilities (holding a Class I disability certificate), the age limit for selection is relaxed to under 22 years of age.

(III) Application Period: From now until September 23, 113 (postmark as proof).

(IV) Recommendation and Application Methods:

1. Unit Recommendation: Recommendation by organizations related to child and youth affairs, private social welfare organizations, or school units.

2. Self-Recommendation: Self-recommendation by children and youth.
