I. In view of the increasing frequency of opportunities for Taiwanese citizens to travel abroad (for business, tourism, study, working holidays, etc.) after the global pandemic has ended, and to strengthen the dissemination of correct knowledge on overseas safety and how to seek assistance from our overseas missions in case of emergencies abroad, as well as to instill correct concepts of overseas safety from an early age, the Bureau of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has commissioned the LearnBar Online Education Platform to organize two online learning and promotion activities on overseas safety for students in senior high schools and below. The activities will be held from August 26 to September 22, 113 (2024), and from October 28 to December 15, 113 (2024).

II. To encourage students in senior high schools and below to complete the aforementioned learning activities, the organizers will divide participants into three groups based on their respective school levels. Ten winners will be drawn from each group to receive a NT$500 welfare gift voucher, and another ten winners will receive a "Boge" toiletry bag. Additionally, one winner will be drawn from all participants in both activity periods to receive a Samsung SM-P613 tablet computer.
