I. Internet Quiz Competition:

From August 29 (Thursday) 0800 to September 29 (Sunday) 1600, participants can enter the National Defense Education Global Information Network (https://aode.mnd.gov.tw), Political Warfare Information Service Network (https://gpwd.mnd.gov.tw), Ministry of National Defense Global Information Network (https://www.mnd.gov.tw), and the Armed Forces Intranet. Click on the "National Defense Education Quiz" icon. The system will randomly select 9 questions (repeat attempts allowed). Those who answer all questions correctly and leave their personal basic information and contact details on the website will be entered into a lucky draw.

II. Lucky Draw

(I) Date: The public lucky draw will be held in October.

(II) Method: Prizes will be drawn randomly by computer, starting from the eleventh prize to the grand prize (each participant is limited to winning once).

(III) Winner List: Winners will be announced on-site after being drawn by computer, and the winner list will be published on the "National Defense Education Global Information Network."

(IV) Prize Claim Period and Method:

1. From the end of the public lucky draw until November 14 (Thursday) 1700. Failure to claim, unsuccessful delivery, inability to contact, or unconfirmed winners within the deadline will be deemed as forfeiture, and no objections will be accepted.

2. Claim Method:

(1) In accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax Act, winnings exceeding NT$20,000 require a 10% tax prepayment. The organizer will contact the winner by phone to claim the prize at the Ministry of National Defense, prepay the tax, and issue a withholding statement as required.

(2) After identity verification, prizes will be mailed to the address provided by the participant when entering the event. However, if the communication address, contact phone number, or identification information is incomplete or incorrect, making identification, contact, or delivery impossible, it will be deemed as forfeiture.
