I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's National Education Administration letter dated September 11, 113 (2024), No. 1130104990.

II. To protect the rights and interests of children and adolescents, and to prevent juvenile delinquency, in response to the amendment of the Juvenile Delinquency Act, focusing on the counseling and family support services for delinquent and deviant juveniles. We invite practitioners from youth non-governmental organizations, social welfare, education, justice, correctional, and juvenile delinquency prevention committees to participate in the seminar. We hope to share and exchange experiences through practical experience and cross-network collaboration, discuss the difficulties in program implementation and propose measures to improve service quality and capacity.

III. This seminar will be held on October 1, 113 (2024) at the Taipei Youth Development and Family Education Center (No. 17, Section 1, Ren'ai Road, Zhongzheng District, Taipei City).
