II. The Public Television Service (PTS) Foundation launched "PTS XS," a video platform exclusively for Taiwanese children and adolescents, in August. This initiative timely addresses the needs of the internet-native generation of children and adolescents. Through multiple channels including the PTS+ PTS XS section, YouTube platform, PTS XS social media, and existing channel services, it provides high-quality children's and adolescents' programs that align with contemporary media dissemination pathways, respect children's independence and autonomy, and are entertaining, educational, and companionable.
