I. In accordance with the letter from the Taiwan Black Bear Conservation Association dated September 10, 113, with reference number Bear Letter No. 1130910001.

II. The aforementioned competition focuses on the Taiwan black bear and its "bear friends around the world" as the theme for the artwork. Participants can incorporate bear characteristics, cub rearing, habitat, diet, and crises into their works (for information on the eight bear species worldwide, please refer to the link on the Taiwan Black Bear Conservation Association's official website: https://www.taiwanbear.org.tw/bear/about_bear/1).

III. The eligibility for the aforementioned competition is for all elementary school students currently enrolled in schools in Taiwan. Each participant is limited to one submission. The submission period is from now until October 31, 113.
