I. Purpose:

To promote the firm anti-drug concept, combine with the popular hip-hop leisure activities among teenagers, promote the anti-drug self-protection awareness of young students, recognize drugs and stay away from drug harm; strengthen the publicity of activity safety and fraud prevention for students, remind students not to disclose personal information; improve students' vigilance and reduce the probability of being defrauded.

II. Competition Time:

(I) [Phase 1/Preliminary] There is no limit to the number of teams in each group, and all can participate in the "Phase 1/Online Evaluation".

1. Preliminary Date: From the announcement date of 113 until Saturday, October 12, 113.

(II) [Phase 2/Final] All groups will complete the preliminary review online, and the top 12 finalists will enter the "Phase 2/On-site Physical" finals.

1. Final Date: On-site physical competition on Sunday, October 20, 113.

2. Final Venue: Taipei Expo Park, Dome (No. 58, Section 3, Zhongshan North Road, Zhongshan District, Taipei City).
