I. In accordance with the Ministry of Education's National and Preschool Education Administration's letter No. Tai Jiao Guo Shu Guo Zi No. 1130109530 dated September 25, 113.

II. The foundation specially establishes the aforementioned award to commend students who strive for progress, maintain optimism, demonstrate filial piety, and show kindness to relatives and friends in adversity; or those who possess special talents and excel.

III. Our school can nominate 1 student for this award.

IV. Parents of students who intend to apply are requested to carefully read the regulations and application forms, and byOctober 16, 113 (Wednesday), please complete the application materials and submit them with relevant supporting documents to the registration office. This is to facilitate our school's internal review meeting, subsequent approval, and mailing of the application. Late submissions will not be accepted.

V. If our school nominates more than one student, a review meeting will be convened.

VI. Award and commendation methods

Each award-winning student will receive a scholarship and an award trophy:

1. Each student will be awarded a scholarship of NT$100,000. The award money must be deposited into the school's educational savings account and managed by the school for various educational expenses related to the award-winning student.

2. Compile a booklet of outstanding deeds of the Yue Lan Award recipients.

3. An award ceremony will be held at an appropriate time. Each awardee may invite 1 to 2 individuals (one of whom must be a teacher or mentor from their school) who have been most beneficial to their growth to attend the ceremony.

VII. The required application documents are as follows:

1. Two copies of the application form (must use the prescribed format, downloadable from the official website (http://www.wyl.org.tw/)).

2. Send the electronic version of the application form to the foundation's official email. (Our school will assist in sending the application data of students recommended for the school's initial review).

3. Proof of low-income or lower-middle-income household status or other supporting documents.

4. Proof of academic performance or outstanding deeds (e.g., competition awards) from the past 2 years.

5.The foundation will conduct on-site interviews at the location of the recommended person as circumstances permit.。

VIII. Individuals who have previously received this award are not eligible to reapply or be nominated for this award.
