I. Parents who wish to apply are requested to refer to the foundation's website and regulations.

III. According to the letter No. 113007 from the Derong Social Welfare Foundation, Taipei, dated October 1, 113:

1. Starting from the 111 academic year, the scope of the "Derong Youth Education Project" scholarship has been expanded. Students approved by the foundation as "Derong Youth" will receive scholarship assistance each semester, and will be provided with regular volunteer, mentor, or counselor support for relevant courses and holistic care for their lives outside of school.
2. The application対象 for this project is elementary school (grades 5 and 6), junior high school, senior high school, and vocational high school (grades 1, 2, and 3) students who are affected by family economic disadvantage in their studies.
3. Approved applicants will receive NT$5,000 per semester for elementary and junior high school students, and NT$10,000 per semester for senior high school and vocational high school students.
