II. Submission Information:

(I) Participants: Students of public and private elementary schools in Taipei City.

(II) Dates: From Friday, November 15, 2024, to Wednesday, January 15, 2025.

(III) Implementation Method: Students are invited to visit historical and cultural sites, traditional and contemporary art exhibition venues, architectural spaces, aesthetic environments, and other characteristic scenic spots of Taipei's art and culture with their elders or family members. They should record a 3 to 5-minute video introducing these places through narration and performance.

(IV) Categories: Upper elementary grades, Middle elementary grades.

(V) Submission Awards:

1. Special Award: 3 winners selected from each group, with NT$5,000 gift certificates and individual certificates of merit for each team.

2. Excellence Award: 3 winners selected from each group, with NT$3,000 gift certificates and individual certificates of merit for each team.

3. Honorable Mention Award: 5 winners selected from each group, with NT$2,000 gift certificates and individual certificates of merit for each team.

4. Selected Award: Individual certificates of merit awarded based on merit within each registration group.

Awards may be adjusted or withheld based on the quality of submitted works and the resolution of the judging committee.
