II. To enhance public understanding of the "114 Environmental Protection Professional Medal Award" and encourage active participation from individuals, organizations, communities, schools, agencies (institutions), and private enterprises, the Ministry of Environment is holding the aforementioned briefing session.

III. The Environmental Protection Professional Medal Award is presented every two years. The submission period for this year's award is from November 1, 113, to December 31, 113. To encourage individuals who have made significant contributions to environmental protection to participate in this submission, a briefing session for the 114 Environmental Protection Professional Medal Award will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 113, in Taipei. The session will be conducted in a hybrid format, with both in-person attendance and online live streaming. The video link for the online stream will be sent prior to the event.

IV. The briefing session agenda is attached. All registrations must be completed online, as detailed in the attachment. We encourage you to register and kindly assist in disseminating this information and encouraging your affiliated agencies (units), schools, private enterprises, organizations, experts, scholars, communities, and volunteers to register.
