I. The seminar is scheduled to be held on November 11, 113 (Monday) from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Due to venue rental issues stated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, the seminar venue has been changed to the 3rd Conference Hall, Boai Campus, University of Taipei.

II. Participants who were originally successfully registered have retained their eligibility.
