The Association of Taiwan Lighting a Lamp for Social Care will hold a public welfare self-growth online course titled "Psychology and a Beautiful Life ~ The Key to Determining Life's Happiness and Achievement." Interested participants are welcome to register.

I. This course will consist of 14 online live teaching sessions, covering various psychological schools such as psychoanalysis, attachment theory, T.A. (Transactional Analysis), cognitive school, P.E.T. (Parent Effectiveness Training), Satir model, and Gestalt therapy, to help students move from insecurity to security, from inferiority to value, from incompetence to effectiveness, and from insufficiency to satisfaction.

II. Course Time: Starting December 15, 2024, every Sunday afternoon from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM for a total of 14 sessions (no class on February 2nd due to the New Year holiday). Please reserve 16 weeks in case the instructor needs to take leave due to unforeseen circumstances.

III. Course Content: This course will cover five major themes: Knowing Yourself, Understanding Emotional Intelligence, Communication Psychology, Marriage Psychology, and Healing Psychology. Please refer to the attachment for detailed content.

IV. Introduction of Facilitator Yang Yi-ching:
1. Graduate Institute of Psychology, University of Hawaii, Esalan Institute for Mind-Body Integration, California. Received professional training in Gestalt psychotherapy, family therapy, parent effectiveness training, narrative therapy, drama therapy, etc.
2. Founder of the Center for Mind-Body-Spirit Peach Blossom Spring Growth, Association of Taiwan Lighting a Lamp for Social Care, and Ah-han Life Biography Theater.
3. Has been leading growth groups in various corporations, schools, family support centers, and single-parent centers for over twenty years.

V. Teaching Method: Online via Zoom. Please ensure you can use Zoom before registering.

VI. Course Fee: Free, but a deposit of NT$2,500 is required. The deposit will be fully refunded to participants who attend all sessions. Full attendance is defined as completing 150 minutes of each class session.
