Lukfook Sustainable Award - A Little Animal Protection Expert Competition

I. In accordance with Leofook Development Letter No. 2024014.

II. Competition Information

(I) Eligibility: Junior and elementary school students, under 16 years of age (inclusive), from domestic and international schools.

(II) Registration Information:

Register via the designated online form and complete all required information.March 16, 114 (Sunday) 23:59: Registration Deadline.

Image Usage Authorization Consent Form( Download ). Each participant in a group registration must sign one copy. Upload it with the registration form or send it toleofook01@gmail.com

(III) Submission Video Format: Submissions that do not comply with the following specifications will be disqualified and will not be included in the judging process.

  1. Video length is3minutes (with a tolerance of +/- 30 seconds), with a resolution of 1920*1080 dpi or higher in landscape format. Videos that do not meet the length requirements will not be included in the judging process.
  2. Videos with Chinese/English subtitles are preferred. Please also provide the script. Selected videos will be notified separately to provide the script content.
  3. When registering, please upload the video to your personal YouTube cloud platform and provide thecloud link.
  4. Works selected for the finals must provide the original video files in avi/mov/mpg/wmv/mp4 format.
  5. The YouTube description or video filename should be labeled: "Registration Group_Animal Introduction".

III. Competition Categories

(I) Annual Featured Species:Rhinoceros, Ring-tailed Lemur, Taiwan Pangolin.

(II) Submission Content: Participants will record a3minute( with a tolerance of30seconds )video, introducing one of the three annual featured conservation animals: Rhinoceros, Ring-tailed Lemur, or Taiwan Pangolin. The introduction should be in a presentation format with the presenter visible, explaining the animal's characteristics/habits/lifestyle. The format and number of participants are not restricted. If a group has more than one person, the group will be categorized by the grade level of the oldest participant.

(III) Video Explanation Content Suggestions (not limited to):Please click directly onRhinoceros, Ring-tailed Lemur, Taiwan Pangolinfor reference content: 1. Animal habits and habitat distribution; 2. How to identify the species' characteristics or differentiate it from other species; 3. The animal's role and value in the Earth's ecosystem; 4. Current survival crisis and conservation methods; 5. Personal reflections or how to support conservation, and other content related to the featured species. Feel free to be creative, as creativity is one of the judging criteria..

(IV) Competition Groups: 8 groups

1. Junior High School: Chinese Group, English Group.

2. Elementary School: Lower Grades Chinese Group, Lower Grades English Group, Middle Grades Chinese Group, Middle Grades English Group, Upper Grades Chinese Group, Upper Grades English Group.

 

V. Event Schedule(If any schedule changes, they will be announced promptly on the Leofook official website)

1. December 113: Competition rules and regulations announced, registration opens.

2.March 16, 114 (Sunday) 23:59: Registration Deadline.

3. April-May 114: Preliminary and final judging meetings.

4. End of May 114: Announcement of winning works and award ceremony.

5. May-June 114: Leofook Sustainability Award Online Popularity Vote.
