I. In accordance with Taipei Education Staff Letter No. 11331209372.
II. To promote drone education and cultivate students' foundational abilities in scientific and technological innovation, enhance students' interest in drone technology and applications, and promote the practice of drone education and interdisciplinary cooperation, the aforementioned camp is organized. Key information for this camp is summarized as follows:
(I) Camp Time and Location: From January 21, 2025 (Tuesday) to January 23, 2025 (Thursday) at the Research and Teaching Classroom of the Taipei City Drone Education Center (Taipei Municipal Muzha Vocational High School).
(II) Participants: Students currently enrolled in public and private senior high schools, junior high schools, and elementary schools under the jurisdiction of this Bureau for the 113 academic year, and their parents (including students from non-school-based experimental education institutions and national schools).
(III) Registration Fee: NT$300 per person (group) per session. Economically disadvantaged students are exempt from the fee.
(IV) Camp Activities: 1. Self-assembled remote-controlled drones: A total of 4 sessions, with 16 participants per session. Focuses on assembly and flight practice, enabling participants to use drones safely, perform simple maintenance, understand aerial photography drone operation techniques, and enhance maker abilities. 2. FPV racing drones: A total of 2 sessions, with 12 participants per session. Through the pilot's perspective and realistic flight operations, navigate through various obstacles, cultivate good flying attitudes and concentration, enhance motor coordination, and multi-angle thinking and judgment.
(V) Registration Time and Method: From 9:00 AM on December 23, 2024 (Monday) to 12:00 PM on December 30, 2024 (Monday), register online through the "Taipei City Science and Technology Education Network."
