I. Competition Method
Preliminary Round:
1. General Group: Lower, middle, and upper grades, with 50 students selected from each group to advance to the finals.
2. Students with Disabilities Group: Lower, middle, and upper grades, with 3 students selected as "Special Excellence", 5 as "Excellence", and 10 as "Merit" from each group.
Finals: On-site topic assignment, judging, and awards ceremony (absent finalists will not be replaced).
1. General Group: 3 "Special Excellence", 10 "Excellence", and 37 "Merit" awards will be selected from each of the lower, middle, and upper grade groups.
2. Students with Disabilities Group: No finals. (Award-winning students from the preliminary round are invited to the awards ceremony).
II. Topic: "Traffic Safety Knowledge I Learned from the Video"
Participants are requested to present the knowledge or thoughts gained after watching the "Children's Traffic Safety Multiverse" educational video series in the form of a drawing. The videos can be viewed by visiting the "Traffic Safety" - "Children's Zone" - "Video Zone" section on the 168 Traffic Safety Portal (https://168.motc.gov.tw/).
III. Submission Method
Date: From now until March 21, 2025 (Friday). Postmark will be the determining factor; late submissions will not be accepted.
Submission Process: *Incomplete submissions will not be accepted.

Specifications: 8K drawing paper (orientation does not matter)
IV. Submission Precautions:
1. Each participant is limited to one entry. Entries of two or more will result in disqualification.
2. Submissions that do not meet the size specifications will not be accepted.
3. Works that are plagiarized, ghostwritten, traced, or copied will not be accepted.
4. Participants who are not elementary school students will have their entries disqualified upon verification.
5. Please attach the registration form to your artwork and fill it out completely in block letters, then affix it to the back of the artwork.
6. Incomplete registration forms will not be considered for acceptance.
7. When mailing your artwork, please avoid folding it to prevent damage.
8. Please package your artwork in a way that is easy to open, to avoid damaging the artwork during unpacking.
