1. To cultivate emerging young directors and film and television production talents in Taiwan, our foundation, in collaboration with the ASUS Foundation, has continuously co-hosted the "Moving Moments" National Campus Short Film Competition for many years. This year marks the 16th edition of the event, calling on students across the country to unleash their youthful cinematic power and creativity. We hope to create an annual grand event for student film submissions, using the power of imagery to exert influence. The "16th Moving Moments" competition is divided into two categories: "Horizontal Short Video Group" for films between 99 seconds and 3 minutes, and "Vertical Short Video Group" for films within 90 seconds. The Horizontal Short Video Group continues to offer the "Rising Star Award" to encourage submissions from elementary and junior high school students. Interested students are welcome to participate, with the highest prize money reaching NT$120,000!
2. Attached herewith is the electronic file of the "16th Moving Moments" event guidelines (a printed poster will be mailed to your institution separately). We kindly request that you post it on the school's bulletin board and official website. For relevant event information and online registration, please search for the "Moving Moments" Facebook fan page. If you have any questions regarding participation, please contact the event hotline directly at 02-2633-2000 ext. 9.
3. This year, we continue to plan "Cinematic Power Campus Roadshows," inviting outstanding professionals from the film and television industry or past winners of Moving Moments to engage with students on campus, sharing their creative insights and practical experiences. Interested schools are welcome to register. Registration website: https://forms.gle/HHQtH5v7qSrxzzYK6.
