I. To promote the professional development and seed teacher training of STEAM teachers in Taipei City and enhance teachers' interdisciplinary teaching capabilities, the aforementioned plan is hereby organized. Key points are as follows:

(I) Implementation Period: From the date of announcement to August 2025.

(II) Target Audience: Full-time teachers in public schools at all levels in Taipei City.

(III) Implementation Method:

1. It is divided into four stages: basic, advanced, application, and innovation. Each stage has two categories: core courses and elective courses. Core courses are compulsory courses,

and at least one elective course must be taken. It is expected to offer 15 core courses (51 hours) and 15 elective courses (47 hours).

2. Certification Mechanism:

(1) Upon completion of the application stage courses, including 12 core courses and at least 3 elective courses, a STEAM Seed Teacher certificate will be awarded.

(2) Upon completion of the innovation stage courses, including 15 core courses and at least 4 elective courses, a STEAM Instructor certificate will be awarded.
